In the floating city of Blus, every teenager receives a pair of Noggles that determines their future. When thirteen-year-old Gi discovers that the city’s ruling elite, the Frowns, are using corrupted Noggles to control its people, he joins a group of misfits to challenge the future chosen for them.
At its heart, Rise of Blus is about the right to choose who you become. Gi’s journey from wide-eyed dreamer to reluctant leader explores identity, inherited responsibility, and the courage to shape a different future.
